Talen Custom Mixing Station 14190

The Talen Mixing System is set up to automatically mix (3) different fluidsin 10 to 12 gallon batches. Operators fill their machines by adding 2 to 3 gallons of fluid as required and the station automatically mixes additional product as required. Positive displacement pump are used to mix water solu- ble fluids efficiently and at accurate. The concentration of each product can bechanged by the user to ensure optimal fluid performance. The Nipro mixing system was designed to mix a 5 gallon batch and transfer it to multiple machines. To insure fluids were efficiently mixed the water and the chemical had to preheated to a minimum of 110F. Mixing ratios ranged from 3% to 10% and sensors were used control the ratios. The concentration can be changed by the user to ensure optimal fluid performance on a Just-In- Time basis. The mixer can be run in Auto or One-batch mode depending on production requirements. The system runs on 220 volt.
