Coolants

Our line of coolants include Soluble, Semi-Synthetic and Full Synthetic Coolants for the machining and grinding of metals. Viscool Coolants provide excellent lubrication, cooling, bio-resistance and corrosion protection.

Soluble Oil

Viscool 5126 – non-chlorinated economical soluble oil. Excellent emulsion stability, including hard water applications. Recommended for a broad range of applications.

Viscool 5626 – soluble oil containing chlorinated paraffin. Good EP properties. Recommended for more severe operations.

Semi-Synthetic

Viscool 6425 – non-chlorinated economical coolant for light to moderate duty applications. Excellent for hard water applications. Excellent bio-resistance without dermatitis.

Viscool 6435 – non-chlorinated economical coolant for moderate to heavy duty applications. Excellent for hard water applications. Excellent bio-resistance without dermatitis.

Viscool 6335 – Semi-synthetic coolant recommended for a broad range of applications and metals. Oil splitting capabilities, non-chlorinated and contains no DEA or TEA. Designed for systems utilizing treated water.

Synthetic

Viscool 7376S – synthetic coolant for a broad range of applications at an economical price. Oil splitting capabilities, non-chlorinated and contains no DEA or TEA. Excellent RP properties.

Viscool 7140 – synthetic coolant for light to medium grinding. Oil splitting capabilities, non-chlorinated and contains no DEA or TEA. Excellent RP properties.

Honing and Grinding Oils: We have many different honing and grinding oils for many different applications including heavy duty flute grinding of drill bits to light duty, super finishing operations where surface finish is important.
