4465 Blank Wash Concentrate and Premix Versions
A water extendable stamping, drawing and blank washing compound formulated to provide superior lubricity and corrosion protection in all phases of the stamping process.
The 4465 Series has been approved by the Hydromation Corporation. 4465 provides excellent corrosion protection on cold rolled steel, as well as automotive galvanized steel.

Chempet 4465-XHD
A water dilutable heavy-duty drawing compound formulated to provide superior lubricity and corrosion protection for deep drawing automotive parts. Chempet 4465-XHD provides excellent corrosion protection on cold rolled steel as well as a galvanized steel and aluminum. It also provides superior protection against atmospheric conditions.
7723 Oil Blank Wash Series
A drawing and stamping fluid formulated to provide excellent formability and rust and stain protection throughout the manufacturing process of galvanized body panels as well as all other types of substrates used in automotive car body production including aluminum. Laboratory testing has shown that 7723C/7723 Oil Blank Wash is compatible with subsequent manufacturing processes including adhesive & sealant application, phosphate systems, clean ability and E-Coat / painting process.
