Quaker Quintolubric®
Quintolubric® is Quaker Chemical's family of specialty, fire-resistant hydraulic fluids. For more than twenty years Quaker Chemical has been the leading supplier of polyol ester hydraulic fluids and Quintolubric® is recognized around the world as the name for high quality, high performance, fire-resistant and environmentally compatible fluids. The new Quintolubric 888 has an improved anti-oxidant package that helps extend the life of the fluid.
Quintolubric 888-46 replaces Quintolubric 822-220. It is a Factory Mutual Approved hydraulic fluid which eliminates sludge and varnish in the most demanding hydraulic systems. The Quintolubric "888" series is completely compatible with the "822" series and may be added to them in any proportion.

Quintolubric 702-46 RD It is a premium water-glycol fire resistant fluid formulated with diethylene glycol. It is designed to provide optimum performance in hydraulic systems where fire resistant fluids are required. This fluid includes additives that provide lubricity, corrosion protection, and the overall performance demanded by today’s high performance hydraulic systems. QUINTOLUBRIC® 702-46 RD contains no nitrites or nitrosamines. This fluid provides a high viscosity index, low pour point, and excellent heat transfer and antifoam performance. These properties, along with the addition of an antiwear component, provide extended pump life in systems operating under high pressure or overloaded conditions.
Quintolubric 807-D It is a completely synthetic, water soluble hydraulic system additive which has been specifically designed for use at 5% concentration in water hydraulic systems with reciprocating piston pumps. Quintolubric 807-D contains proprietary lubricants, stabilizers, corrosion inhibitors, and biocides in a ratio balanced to meet the lubrication requirements of pumps, packings.
- Easier handling of waste disposal because petroleum ingredients are eliminated making the product environmentally friendly proprietary lubricants are non-toxic and biodegradable. BOD values are particularly low.
Quintolubric 822-300 CM It is a high performance, synthetic, fire resistant hydraulic fluid developed specially for critical applications where a potential ignition source is present. This product meets the stringent lubrication requirements of close tolerance servo systems. Made from a synthetic ester, QUNITOLUBRIC 822-300 CM is free of phosphate esters, chlorinated hydrocarbons, and water.
- Has been tested and approved by Cincinnati Milacron and General Electric under CM Specification.
- P-69 which measures thermal stability and anti-sludge properties.
- Passes Factory Mutual Research tests for fires resistant hydraulic fluids – FM Approval.
- Recommended for operating temperature up to 220° F.
