What Makes Our Mixers Unique?

Most mixing systems operate on the Venturi principle or on timed controls that can't adjust for changes in fluid flow due to temperature or pressure. As a result, fluid concentration can fluctuate widely based on the facility temperature or changes in water pressure. However, the IFS Shear Static Mixer uses absolute volume to make sure that the concentration is exact every time. It then shears the fluids together creating a stable mixture at a very consistent concentration.
