Acid Cleaner 5557

Mid State's Acid Cleaner 5557 is a highly concentrated, acid-based soak cleaner designed to remove rust, weld scale, and oxides from steel. It is free rinsing and contains biodegradable detergents. Use at 5 to 30% by volume at 120° to 160°F. This product will etch aluminum and other soft metals. Excellent for stainless steel.

Alkaline Descaler 1106A

Mid State's Alkaline Descaler 1106A is a highly alkaline, powdered product used to remove rust and scale from steel. It contains special chelators to prevent sludge build-up and is free rinsing. Use at 6 to 32 ounces per gallon at 160° to 210°F. Useful to descale tanks and pipes from hard water build-up. Do not use on soft metals.

Alkaline Descaler 1107A

Mid State's Alkaline Descaler 1107A is a concentrated liquid descaler. Liquid is easily metered into tanks. Use at 10 to 50% by volume at 120° to 180°F.

Burnish 6514

Mid State's Burnish 6514 is a liquid compound which provides cleaning and non-nitrite rust protection. Use at 2 to 10% by volume at ambient temperature.

Burnish 6514-A

Mid State's Burnish 6514-A is a liquid compound with excellent cleaning and increased rust protection. Contains non-nitrite, corrosion inhibitors. Use at 2 to 10% by volume at ambient temperature.

Black Oxide 9405-A

Mid State's Black Oxide 9405-A is a highly alkaline powder that produces a fine-grain black-oxide finish on ferrous metals. Use at 7 to 8 pounds per gallon at 250° to 300°F.

Vanishing Oil 8596

Mid State's Vanishing Oil 8596 is a unique blend of fast evaporating solvents, rust inhibitors, and lubricity additives. Provides temporary lubricity for operations where only slight lubricity is required. Safe on all metals and resultant film will give temporary rust protection. May be sprayed, dipped, rolled, or brushed.

Vanishing Oil 8599

Mid State's Vanishing Oil 8599 is a blend of medium drying solvents, rust inhibitors, and lubricity additives. This product provides temporary lubricity for multiple light operations or light drawing and forming operations. Safe on all metals. May be sprayed, dipped, rolled, or brushed.

Paint Stripper 2397

Mid State's Paint Stripper 2397 is a concentrated, liquid, hot alkaline paint stripper containing a solvent activator. Used for tough vinyl, acrylics, enamels, and some powdered paints. Use at 30 to 50% by volume in water at 160°F to a rolling boil. Removes light rust. Use only on steel parts.

Paint Stripper 2378

Mid State's Paint Stripper 2378 is a cold, acid-activated paint stripper. Must be used with proper ventilation in a stainless steel or poly-lined tank. Will not attack aluminum but will rust steel if not rinsed. Use as is for the toughest paint stripping. Special emulsifiers aid in rinsing of stripped parts.
