Quakerdraw 40 AC

This product is a blend of highly refined polar lubricants and petroleum fractions in combination with specially prepared extreme pressure lubricants. It provides high performance and maximum die-life on exceptionally severe forming operations involving all types of steels and special alloys. It contains a complete emulsifier system and will provide exceptional performance on high speed stamping operations when dispersed in one to five parts of water.

Quakerdraw 61 MAL HCL 1 (Now Ferrocote 61 MAL HCL 1)

This product is a medium viscosity, chlorine-free, moderate-duty stamping and drawing oil. It can be used for blanking, piercing, stamping, and drawing of cold rolled stainless steels and aluminum alloys.

Quakerdraw 61 K2M

This product is a multi-purpose, blank washing, blanking, stamping, and light-duty drawing lubricant. It is a lubricant-rust preventive that is designed to be applied to cold rolled and galvanized sheet steel and/or blanks in any of the above operations.

Quakerdraw CH 2000

This product is formulated specifically for cold forging and heading lubrication. It offers high-performance without the use of chlorine and has been designed for use with both regular and alloy-coated tooling. This product is suitable for multiple stage operations.

Quakerdraw 58 BF

This product is barium-free, water-dilutable forming lubricant consisting of Quaker's proprietary ester lubricant, extreme pressure and anti-wear agents in a combination with organic corrosion inhibitors. It is a multi-functional fluid designed for use on severe, high speed punching and/or forming operations where previously only high performance, chlorinated extreme pressure oils or emulsifiable mineral oil based products would work. This product is recommended for use on a cold rolled steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum.
